Blacksmith barbecue grill – smoker room with a roof that protects from the sun and rain. Two chimneys allow you to cook and bake at the same time. Barbecue grill with separate smoker, chazano oven and integrated heat-resistant stones for longer heat retention. The temperature is monitored by a thermometer, regulated by special air dampers. The principle of operation is simple: hot air comes from the kiln to a smoker, where the desired fish or meat products are smoked. When roasting steaks or barbecues, the firewood is placed in the main grill box. Baking with a covered lid does not dry out the food, it remains juicy. When the air control valve is closed, the chazano oven function can be used to make tea, soup, stew.
